I sent you a reply, but here it is again:
I really don't know and that's the problem Normally I would expect a cracked block to result in water in the oil, not the other way around. One theory from a guy on another list was a bad water pump gasket - he said that there is an oil feed to the pump bearings?
The previous owner said he drove it a lot before it was parked and it ran fine. But I don't like to sell stuff that is in an unknown condition.
Although I'm pretty sure that it has been spoken for now, will know for sure Thursday
