Got an '87 f700 dump truck needs the brakes bled. How do I do that?

Got one smog pump **** up frozen. Took the belt off. Any better ideas. use the truck on farm with farm tags but may want to put it back on the road legal with tags.

Truck also has one hell of a blown exhaust gasket ot cracked manifoill on L/H side. Been running like that for a while but its tiresome, loud and fills the cab with obnoxious fumes.

Not a daily driver. hauls dirt, stone and mulch for private use for now.
