AC Pressure Specs for 1997 Ranger Needed

Need to add some regrigerant to my AC I have a F77H Compressor. Can someone please tell me the recommended pressure for this unit?

if i remember correctly R134A operates at 45 Lbs. on the low side and R12 (hard to find these days ) is slightly higer..,...
