Transmission Leak E40D

I recently changed my transmission fluid because the fluid was old and there was a leak at the gasket at the back of the pan. After I put the new gasket on , filled it with fluid and took it for a drive, it began to leak again in the same spot, only worse. So that leads me to my question, is there a way that I can stop the leak with some kind of sealer on the outside of the pan or some kind of additive mixed with the fluid? I'd rather not have to buy a new gasket and drop the pan again just for this leak. Thanks in advance for any help.

here is my suggestion...

get a new pan gasket, take pan off, make sure it is clean & Strait,

then re-install it with New gasket & RTV on both sides of gasket.

if that dont fix the leak,
something is badly bent.
