Just bought a 91 E150 ClubWagon. 302/AOD 83,000 miles funs good but needs TLC. One problem is the ragio it had a nonworking aftermarket in it. I took it out and was going to install an origonal type out of an 88 ClubWagon. Whoever installed the aftermarket radio in the 91 cut off one of the plugs the harness that goes to the factory amp mounted up under the dash. I thought no problem Ill use my 88 van as a pattern and just hard wire the harness to the amp(skip the plug). Wire colors on my 88 are different than the 91, no help there. And the wire colors on the 91 change from one side of the plug to the other and its(the plug) is gone. Its the plug coming out of the amp there are 8 wires I assume 4 pos and 4 neg but dont want to do the trial and error method for fear of frying either the radio or the amp. Now Iv got 8 wires coming out of the amp, 8 wires going to the speakers and none of the colors match up. hAnyone know where I can get that wiring diagram that shows what color to what color.
