weekend get together Sat. 31st

hey guys im going to try and get as many ford truck owners down on university this saturday. i will invite some non member owning ford trucks as well as you guys, sorry for short notice, not a real big get together, but suppose to be nice weather. I will be parked at the griggs midway lot, right across from wendys on university and fairview...look for a red f-150 with a red ford oval in the back window...cant miss me...lol...hope to see some of you!!

i saw ya down there 3 weeks ago maybe. i was in the wifees car though.
i am going to try n ditch the wife n kid for 1 night. be in the blue 93 ford 4x4 with topper n duals.

That would be cool, i just want to take the lot over for 1 night...lol. Would be nice to get a lot of us together, i know im going to try and get a few down there with the 87-91 bodystyles, but all is welcome, as long as its FORD! I wont be there Friday night, helpin a buddy move, and the weather looks crappy, be down there Saturday!!

i just got back from my fathers place in milacs area, and i am pretty beat. the charging light was on the whole way home in the car b/c napa was closed for fishin and race night. might go for a bit yet b/c i am 5 min south of there on hamline. dont know.

Man, you were up in my neck of the woods. I was thinking about stopping by out there since I was at the Anoka county fair but it was getting late and I just wanted to get home. Was serving as pit crew for a freind at the demo derby and pretty much spent a whole day out there for his car to run in 2 heats. Didn't make it to the third and final heat. That pretty much wore me out. Theres a few more nice weekends left though.

is that what all the trailered american steel i saw around was. there must be a track out off that turn by onamia b/c there were a lot around there. i was actually somewhere inbetween county 16 and 21 just east of buckman. i dont get out much, i will be getting out that way more now though when he aint busy bailing or chopping.

had a real good time out on the town, 2 of us showed,,,lol. and met people in my neighborhood area too which was way cool.
been a long time since i got to get out an feel 22 b/s'n with the guys, its good atmosphere. stayed out past my curfew and wifee didnt care.
i am going every sat i think, and i encourage more to at least come out and stand around shootin the breeze. got a lead on a marquis for wifee, that is til fordtruckfan tells me all thats wrong with it or at least what the guys younger brother hasnt...lol.

Hey lance, the only thing i know off the top of my head is that the transmission had been replaced, roughly 1.5 yrs ago, as far as i know it runs well, it was a used car, but they take care of it, and do work that is needed, and yes i do agree we need more get togethers, we all sit back and say we need to all hook up, but whose gonna take charge?? Well this coming weekend i will be down on uni, all neeed to come me and innecity were down there, so where were all the rest of ya? Sorry it was short notice, but this weekend lets get as many as we can to go down there. Hey Innecity, i might end up putin factory exhaust back on, not sure yet, maybe that flowmaster 70 series would fit me well now

I said where I was. I was smashin up cars at the Anoka county fair. Since I live so far away I usually only go down there during back to the 50's. I'll try and make it down some time. When I was in high school all of my friends would all get together down there every weekend at arby's. Last I saw it was taken over by crotch rockets. You guys hang out in the lot across the street. Thats where a lot of my other freinds hang out with there race cars. Not sure if they still due.

stock exhaust....i wouldnt, it sounds too good and has nice tips, and for the straight six, a 70 series would be pretty quiet but throaty, 40 series is louder and more throaty, and i wouldnt go no more than a 50 series which would be probaly deeper with that extra chamber. ebay is real cheap. lets try that 40 series knock off i have first if ya want. i got everything to do it and some cold beverages. i'd see what series some of the other guys are runnin on their 300 6. the only reason i went with that rv towing 70 series is because of my cam, ported heads, y pipe and no cats.
we could forgive ya this time boss....lol it is quite a haul for ya just to hang out for a few hours though.
