Skull Face differential cover???

I'm looking for one of those cast aluminum Skull Face differential covers. Can't seem to find the website. Can someone post a link?

You can also check out http://www.moltenimagedesign.com/, they have some very cool designs (hold your breath for the price though).

has anyone ever seen the clear ones? I know that I saw a clear differential cover made out of some kind of serious material, I just don't remember what it was made of or who makes it...I may've seen it on Trucks!, but I'm not sure.

They say they are as strong as, or stronger, than a regular diff. Maybe than alum, but I dont know if I agree with them being stronger than steel. Steel will deform if impacted, poly carb will shatter.

They are neat-o, though.

Reply jdmorg and psychlopath. I think I would want a sample of some of that clear plastic material so that I could try some home percussion adjustment tests with my sledge sticks and see if I end up with lots of little pieces or just one ugly one. I would also want to know what the gear oil does to the clarity of the plastic over what period of time. I mean it is for looks right? But neat stuff, book marked that one for some friends.

Ghost in the machine

I was all hot and bothered to put the "Ghost in the machine" on my front diff, even get the optional LED's for the eyes. The sobering moment came when I checked the cover and my steering linkage goes right across the front
Well I guess the up side is the money I saved, but I still love the look of those covers!

John.
