Using the listed land line and google you can get what is probably his wifes name "Cary Baker" and a map to the address of this phone number:

Don't forget you have to check-in any bagage that contains crowbars and anything else that could be used as a weapon.

For anyone out there who has been screwed like this...it really is best to pay by credit card. If you get screwed over, you can nail the merchant to the wall.

I worked at Discover Card (the merchant side, not cardmember) for 12 years, and have seen alot of this happen.

The worst thing to do is do nothing. That's how they get away with it. Go git 'em! IT may take a while for the chargeback to process, but it's on a definite schedule. If the merchant doesn't respond in so many days, the money is credited to your account (ie. the merch has 30 - 60 days to respond. If they don't fax in documentation showing the charge and the shipment, the money is automatically reversed). Of course if they do have that info, bogus or not, it makes things muddier.

Of course, different banks handle things differently, but it's all about the same.

I really want to thank you guys for all of this help, the info on this guy that you all have provided with me really gives me a warm feeling of true unseen friendship. I will be giving this info to my detective in charge of this case and will keep everyone updated as i recieve it. I know it will take time to get him and i almost gave up, but you guys keep me going and i mean that. We really do need to stick together on these types of matters, to many rodney bakers out there to handle one on one.

I wanted to add to the post since it was the 1st thing that comes up looking for Rod Baker.

2yrs ago I was put in contact with him thru his brother Bobby Baker of Superior Chrome. We gave him a 1971 Chevy C10 to restore. Well, it took over a year & the results was horrible & not completed for the money spent. He stole our cab & replaced it with one with no serial number. The paint job was worse than MAACO. He gave us used plugs & wires from someone elses truck. All our brackets we polished & refurbished. He substituded with bent rusted ones. Today after spending $8K to fix his crap. We find out he stole our transmission & replaced with someone elses. The driveshaft didn't fit which was wierd. But, when I fired up the engine trans fluid went everywhere. Come to find out the tranny used a trans cooler & pouring out the holes. Ours was plugged up!!

Just Google 281-744-5596 Rodney Baker for everything on this guy.
BTW- he has been arrested 8 times in Florida for Grand Theft.

This is the address of his latest business About Us - american trucks and classics

People will only put up with this type of crap for so long until someone snaps and takes care of the situation white man style .Some one burnt me for $100.00 .I hunted him for 3 yrs. and yes I did get the $100 . The $100 was not the point . It was the principal of a man to man deal .
