motor heaven is having a sale on the chips right now too. THat 2 stage delta looks mighty satisfying right now, it used to be like 220 or somthing, its only 195$ right now. Anyone have any idea for how long the sales going to last?

I'd do the exhaust and intake before I touched a chip. There's enough wiggle room in the stock calibration to do quite a few mods before you need to fool with the computer.

For the price of the chip's right now, I'd jump on it. A chip will get you the most power, and is probably the easiest of the instalations. It's also cheaper than an exhaust, and only a little more than a good intake. An intake will get you the least noticeable gains, with all of the extra power coming at the higher RPM's where more air is required. I've done all 3, and if I had to do it over again, it would be chip first, exhaust 2nd, then an intake.
