removing paint from tire...HELP!
Greetings, i was painting my car the other day, and accidently got some paint on the tire!!! is there anywayw to remove it??? i rotate tires so thats out of the question...any ideas would be appreciateD!

Spray some WD40 on a rag & scrub it off , Just about any solvent type cleaner should remove the paint .

Take some very fine steel wool and rub gently. Put some tire protectant on when you are done and you won't see a thing

I use lacquer thinner when that happens. Brake fluid will also work in some cases & make your tires shine. Using brake fluid is an old show car trick used before the new tire shine stuff came out.
