Post Turn Signal Flasher

I cannot locate the turn signal flasher on my 96 Explorer. Does anyone know where it is located and what it looks like?

Turn Signal Flasher

It's under the instrument panel, near the steering column. It is cube shaped, not round like the older style.

This flasher is used for turn signals as well as flashers. Sometimes a bad bulb can act like a bad flasher. If you can hear the "click" sound, the flasher is ok. This circuit requires 2 fuses, interior fuses #21 and #22, make sure they are ok.
