300 l6 and "A load"

Well I can tell you what a 300 l6 will and will not do. I hooked a 16 foot utility trailer to my truck and went from Milton, WV (via I64) to Marlington and returned with close to 1800 board feet of wood siding. Well the truck did not miss a beat with a 300 and 4 bbl. but you don't go up Sandstone MT over 35 mph in 3rd gear.

Rod

P.S. thought I was in a diesel!

Rod, you do not see black smoke when you look in the rear view mirror.
Unless I am behind you.

Guess I should have taken you for a ride at the lake that day. LMAO

Then you would have seen a "REAL BULLDOG" in action.

I know I know 145 more cubic inches, two more pistons

That is what those 5.9 Dodge boys keep telling me also

Well you got 85 more Cu In and two more pistons and more RPM's and more black smoke, how can we keep up with that?

God, I love my truck.

Our trucks are what keeps us sane by keeping us busy caring for them!

I have been to the horse shows where the 4x4 Dodges were stuck in the mud. I pull throught the mud and wave as I go by!

LOL!

I have been by there a few times.

Rod, I went down to Jackson's Mill to a mud bog race last week.
I could not get over how many Dodge duallies and Duramax's were pulling trailers that had their Ford mud trucks on them.

I think 70% of the field was Ford in the mud pit.
