Have a 2000 Ranger 2.5L with 65,000 miles. It starts fine and then stalls right out I can make it idle if I hold my foot on the gas pedal. When it warms up it will idle at very low RPM?
I can rev the engine after it is warm and the problem most times goes away and then it will idle fine until it cools down. The check engine light is NOT on and I have cleaned the MAF and IAC sensors??
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

You cleaned the IAC, but are you sure it's working? Usually if you unplug the IAC while the truck is running it will idle like crap and possibly die. It's a $50 part at NAPA and since you've already cleaned it you know how easy it is to replace.
