I would put in whatever spark plugs your dealer's catalog says are supposed to be in your truck. Yes, you'll get some arguments from people on here about that. Ford has changed up their spark plugs lots of times lately and many older numbers aren't available anymore so you just use what the catalog calls for.
Usually if the A/C compressor is cycling too fast that means it's low on refrigerant due to small leak which you may or may not find.
