Just got a ARE bed cover today on my screw
fits like a glove, the truck looks great,
paid $880 installed

that bed cover makes a truck look good. i have a few photos of my truck in my gallery

 

I paid $954.61 (including installation). This also included wiring for light and lock.

 

i think mine was $920 installed w/ lock

 

mine did come with lock but no light

the light was like $35 extra

so my deal was not bad at all then?

i've been considering a cover also. Do they typically come pre-painted to match? Also, what are some benefits of the ARE cover as opposed to other brands?

the quality is not that good, also it does not come with raingluttter,have to drill holes to put it on.
stockland is another one also have to drill holes
snugtop is good but expensive,
the A.R.E design is like your hood you get like 10 inches more space,also is easy to open.

I love my ARE cover. I paid $700 installed + $70 for carpet on the underside. The auto lock came free with an online coupon but I had to pay $85 to have it installed. $855 total. I wish I had the light. It can be awfully dark back there. The ARE's are top quality all the way.

I love my A.R.E cover (pics in the gallery). I also had my installer put a pin switch in so the light automatically turns on when I open the cover and turns off when its closed...very useful!
