intake manifolds

Hello again. I have been looking at some prices for intake manifolds. The situation is this: Ive got an 84 Bronco 351 HO, with about 180k on it. Needless to say it is most likely time for a rebuild, even though it still runs. Runs well, but not great. I have already purchased a rebuild kit for it, and am looking for some crankshafts. Basically, the truck should eventually run with higher RPM's, not like a tractor. What I want to do is buy an intake manifold that will fit the stock heads for now, then eventually a set of GT-40's. Understandably, all parts should be bought beforehand and the whole job done at once, but I like to spread the expenses out, and also doodle around. Also, any thoughts on cast iron cranks that would do the trick would help too. Thanks.
