Back end of truck seems to take off over rough bumps

Relax folks...
That's part of owning a full size truck. Long wheelbase... and tough rear supension. Nothing is wrong with your trucks and you won't loose control unless you do stupid things.
This is my 4th truck and they all did it. Cars don't though.... but who wants a car. I did own one.. and 2 SUVs and I amback with a truck.
Again, relax, nothing is wrong. If you don't like it, add weight to the back.. it will keep it down.

I've driven a lot of full-sized trucks and none of them "bounce" in the rear-end as badly as this one. There's a turn in the road I take every day coming home from work that has a small bump in it. It doesn't mean a thing to my wife's car, but in the truck it will nearly throw me into the next lane if I'm doing the posted limit of 40mph! I purposely have to use a different lane and slow down so I don't kill someone while driving this thing- it happens all the time. Ford moved the shocks to the outside and bragged about being different- I think they got that piece of the puzzle wrong.
On a side note, 2" drop in the rear has helped fight the the "bounce"- some....
