folnz, what was your truck, supercab?? Where did it ship from? My truck shipped last week and should be here this week. It came from Virginia, and if yours did too, you didnt happen to see a true blue, dark grey fx4 supercab on the truck did you?!?!

Yes it was a scab, and it did come from Virginia. But I didn't see the delivery truck, sorry. Mine came into Cortese Ford. I am super hyped to finally be getting this thing so I can start installing all the mods I have been buying since I ordered it!

Good luck on yours.

That means that they have heard enough from you already, and they have a lock on your cell, work and home phone, and they won't answer any more calls from those numbers. LOL!!

Guyz, did you have to put a deposit down before they placed the order? the dealerships out here will take no less than 2K to order. and if you plan on cancelling they keep it??? did you ever hear of this type of business?

I have not heard much like that BUT you could be facing a trans-Pacific shipping charge.

les, the 2K still goes toward my down when I take delivery. shipping charges are the same no matter where you're at ($695) unless you are I believe within 100 mile from point of origin. this is what I was told in one of my earlier post but stillit don't make sense. My coworker went to Nissan for his Titan [The Angry Toaster] and they told him no problem with ordering but the Dealer quote that they showed him was at 8K over MSRP. He told them to take a hike, took a vacation to california for 2 weeks and went to the dealership in his hometown, bought the exact same truck with even more added to it at 1K over MSRP, went to Westpac freight and shipped it for $950. and it was here by the time he got back from vacation!!! howz that for determination!

I didnt put squat down on my order. My dealer said it was no big deal. If I decided not to buy the truck they would have no problem selling it.

Hey guys, my truck is here, almost 3 full months! I pick it up tonight! I passed by the dealer at lunch for a quick look, took some pics. If I can get them in the gallery, they will be there. Better pictures to follow!

hey folnz,
do you know when your truck was shipped from the factory? My truck is coming from Virginia also, and was built last week as was yours, and was shipped on wednesday, the 21st according to VOPC. Mine is coming to the other end of NY, to lebanon. I am wondering what might be the holdup with my truck, I figured it would take about the same time as yours to get here, so I am hoping it comes in tonight or tomorrow, as the dealer told me that it will be in by the end of this week, and I really hate waiting, it stinks!

Just hope what happened to me does not happen to you...after waiting forever for my truck to come in, I got a call from my salesman telling me my truck had come in but was sold by mistake to somebody else...had to wait for another truck to be ordered...the manager of the dealership let me use his demo (just like what I ordered, different color) while my second truck was built...funny thing though...my second truck only took 4 weeks to arrive...funny what they can do when they want to...hang in there, it will be worth it.
