Rancho's are fairly inexpensive.

RS5000, cheapest, no adustments, way better than ford stock, love the handling, its what i have.

RSX, self adjusting, people say its a little more comfy and not as stiff at RS5000. but costs a little more

RS9000x, adjust 9 levels yourself. I guess its important if you want to be in a caddilac, or just tow a lot.

You can also go with Monroe SensaTracs. If your going cheap but comfy, your only two choices are RS5000 and Sensatrac. I do believe the RS5000's last longer.

Are you sure it's your shocks? Did you jump up and down on your door step and see if it stops swaying after a second or two? Perhaps you recently changed tires that have more sidewall belts, which would cause a stiffer ride. Tire air pressure has alot to do with that also.

If it is the shocks and your looking for a cheap replacement than ProComp makes a shock that cheaper than the rancho and is supposed to be very good. Here's a link

32 bucks each.

As Tom mentioned, any change in tires? Different construction (LT -vs P-metric) can, and will make a difference. So does tire pressure.
If it is shocks, I replaced all four with Monroe Sensa-Tracks. Very happy with them. They are a larger capacity as compared to stock and carry a lifetime warranty. So, if they wear out, you get new ones free.
