heavy duty econoline van

I spotted a '65? Econoline van that looked longer than usual. It was a panel van. It looked to have a 9" rearend with 5 lug wheels. Was this stock? Just curious.

yep it is stock. they all had 5 lug wheels and the 9 inch was part of the heavey duty package most of the time. all the 240 vans and pickups had 9 inchers.

god anly knows why people bought the extended body, guess they needed the extra room. but they sure are ugly!
