Intake and exhaust, not necessarily in that order. the biggest gain I had before the computer was the exhaust. and removing restrictions from the intake.. after that when my power steering pump exploded (yes exploded long story) I yanked it to replace it and discovered that the truck gained all sorts of pep, so i never replaced it.

above all this all I can say is what I tell everyone, CLEAN your throttle body and do a good solid tune-up then start the mods..

I used one once, on another truck. it made no discernable difference then again if I remember correctly the spacers are generally used for Carburetor and CFI (central fuel injection (injectors in the throttle body)) not MPI like the other truck. although if you get one with a spiral pattern I hear they can boost fuel economy.

Put some good gears in it. 4.11's would be good (Unless you already have 4.11's). It won’t increase horse power, but will increase torque at the wheels for more giddy up and go.
