frame dimension

is frame dimension different between 2001 ranger ext cab and 2001 ranger w/4 doors

When you say 4 door are you asking about an extended cab with the little doors on it? If so, yes all extended cabs use the same dimension frame.

I meant the cab dimesions and the door opening dimensions

Let me do a bit of "deductive reasoning" here. You're asking about sizing of door frames, correct? You have access to a door of a 2 door Ranger, but you have in your possession a 4 door Ranger. What you want to know is will a door from a 2 door Ranger fit on a 4 door Ranger.

My answer is I don't know. What I can tell you is 2 door Ranger doors fit regular cabs and 2 door super cabs. 4 doors, I would say yes, but I can't guarantee anything. I would suggest asking a parts department to find out if there is a different part number for the 2 doors compared to the 4 doors.
