Question Proper way to set timing on 2.9

I've read the "book" on how to set the timing on this thing but I can't figure out what I'm supposed to disconnect/jump or what. Just rebuilt my 2.9 in my 89 Bronco II. I guessed at my timing and it's running pretty well, but I'm lacking power. Give me something with a vacum advance and I know what to do. But this thing . I can't even find what I'm supposed to set it to once I get a timing light on it anyway.

Thanks,

Well I found it, the "Pill" as they call it. Yipes I can't believe this thing was running. About 10 degrees the other side of TDC, no wonder it didn't have any power. Timed it to 10 degrees the right side of TDC and I'm seeing around 22 to 24 at idle with the pill in.
Now that's how this things supposed to run!
