stupid stuff to do to a truck

The other day I went with my Mother to the grocery store and a truck pulled up and parked beside us. The owner had put a 6 inch lift in the rear of the truck and installed 40'' super swampers. He had left the front end stock with standard road tires. Could any one tell me what this would do to the handaling?

Screw it up pretty bad!! I'll bet he got halfway thru the conversion and his wife made him goto the store for something

yea sure these trucks look nice and all but what the hell can you use them for? can't load a quad in the back too frickin high.can't pull a 5th wheel too frickin high. cant load a load of dirt too frickin high. and yea my wife does crap like that too.
