Best Shop Prices?/regearing prices

Im planning on lifting my 96 150 2wd pretty soon ( 6 in susp. 2in body w/ 37s)
I was wanting to know of any good shops that are reasonably priced in the san antonio area. How much should i be looking to spend to get the gears swapped out. thanks in advance. ( i wish i could do it to save some cash, but ive heard that this is one job a novice shouldnt do.)
