transmission mount for 64 econo van three speed manual

now how do I install it ?
the center hole is off center ,does the mounting hole goes up or down
I thought that the hanging weight of the trany should have more rubber meat but maybe I'm wrong and it is the opposite way because of vibration ? please anybody correct me on that one
