HOT AIR - MAX A/C - 97 5.0 Explorer

Any help would be appreciated on this one .... I have a 97 EB Explorer 5.0. I just had the A/C fully charged at the local Ford Dealer (Quick Lane Service - sorta like the dealer version of Pep-Boys minus the parts selection) thinking that it needed a charge. They told me that the charge is good - they replaced the freon and lubricant - but it still blows HOT when accelerating. At idle I can get cool (not COLD) air probably about mid-50's in temp, but as soon as I put it in drive and accelerate ... it blows HOT on both MAX A/C as well as when I set it to 60 degrees (the lowest the automatic temp control will allow) .. any one heard of this before? I'd like to be armed with some idea of what's happening prior to going back to the service dept. and being over-charged. Thanks!!!
