1950 Ford F- 6

I need a schematic wiring diagram for a 1950 Ford F-6 with a flathead 6. Also does anyone know what size the motor might be. I was told it was a 254 cu.in. but I don't know for sure. I don't have any books or any literature on this truck yet. How do you set the brakes up on this .
Thanks for the help.

Wiring diagram should be the same for all these trucks. You should be able to find a shop manual on ebay or diagrams posted throughout this site. If it's a 254, the casting across the head should be 8MTH-6050-B (or A). It's almost identical to the 226 except with larger bore. Most of the other parts are the same such as generator and starter. Some previous owner dropped a 254 in my '49 F1 and you're the first I've heard that also has one. Congrats,
J
