What kind of vehicle is this from? What is the year? I see it isnt a 'newer' vehicle, because it doesnt have the current standard of 17 digits. Maybe if you give us a bit more info, we can try and pinpoint the answer for you.

My title says Year-63.. but Year FIRST SOLD is 1966... DMV says it may have been a utility vehicle/govt van.... ??
