It was great meeting everyone and having a face to go with the names. We'll definitely have to do it again. I should have brought everyone with me, I had to leave early cuz I was going to a car show/cruise in Vinton. One of my buddies just got a 1973 Jeep CJ5 done, fully restored, everything brand new on it, so we had to take it cruising. There were at least a couple hundred cars there, some pretty sweet rigs.

No need to apologize, just glad you could make it. Now we have to figure out what and when to do the next meeting, and maybe we can get others to it once we're official. Everybody watch for an event or figure out to make one for about September sometime, and put it up for decision. Hope to see you all soon, I had a blast with you guys.

Well, it's in process, I goofed when I contacted Ken, and forgot to let him know it was for the Iowa chapter, so got slowed a bit, but I am working on it. The way it stands at this time after the meeting is as follows: I am pres, Fellro86, Roger, Monsterbaby, Rob, is Vice, Treasurer Saurian, Jacob, Secretary, farmbOy , Adam, Photographer, truckertaz, Bill, and finally board member, nogo73, Brandon. I will keep you all posted as things develop.

Well , at least while we were gone , the road to our house was repaved , house painted , and dual exhaust was put on the truck ... so I missed a few other things besides the chapter start up meeting.
Alice Cooper Aug. 13th at the Surf in C.L. and the Sweet Corn Festival in Adel the 14th , so we're not missing everthing!

Dang it, I can't believe I missed that meeting! Shoot fire!

Make me feel a little worse by telling me where it was. I'm going to croak if it was within an hour of Solon!

Hey Saurian, how's that foot tasting... Although I don't think he really meant anything by it, just commenting half our leadership is gone all the time and could be an issue getting together, but that's the way it goes. Also, the fact that we have a majority that do the same thing, but I have noticed that there are many in that particular profession on the site.

just my .04 ( gotta be different, trying to make a little here!!!!)
