K So we've got 3 confirmed for 1:30, and I'll assume that Nogo and Taz will be able to make 1:30 since they had already read Monsterbaby's post about having it maybe after noon like 1:00 or so. That work out fine for the rest of those making it. That's five there so we're good at least if nobody else can make it. Rick, if you read this give me a buzz (Email, PM, etc) on whether you'll make it.

Roger - what time will I need to meet you in Keosauqua? I believe Keosauqua is like...45 minutes from Moulton? Or is it more? I know you mentioned having a few things to do that day, just want to get all the 'ducks in a row' you know? Plus..that way I can work things out with Weldingfreak as far as our riding situation if he is still able to make it. Also...did you think we will need to make reservations? We won't have more then 10...I'd think all that we'll end up needing is anything from a medium table to, if we're upwards of 10, two tables pushed together. Shouldn't be a problem...hopefully not a meeting room or anything. And...should anything be brought? Or how are we going to be able to find eachother in there? Go around to each table "Uhm...FTE?" "yep" "Awesome".

I figure on letting the hostess know we are to be seated to gether, and if anyone else beats me there, just tell them that here is a group coming that will need to be seated together, trust me, it won't be a problem. The wife decided not to go with, so we can do as we please. I figure meeting at Keosauqua around 10:30 to 11 should work out ok. According to my computer map info, it's about 50 miles for you, sounds like about 45 to an hour, depending on traffic and such. Welding freak (Rick) I think stated he had a conflict and can't make it. the main dining room will more than accomodate us, they will be more than happy to put the tables together for us. The main reason for calling would be if we wanted a room to ourselves, Sundays are the day reservations are necessary. If perchance there should be a problem, there are 3 more restaurants there. We could all meet in the hallway that has all the antique relics by the pool. You would enter the double doors for the Holiday Inn part, and there is seating there. Might be the best way to go. It's basically the lobby, but there are a bunch of farming antiques around out there. There is a roof for unloading into the hotel part, it's pretty easy to find.

One thing I thought of doing was to go to the car show in Marengo, it's from 11-5, but don't expect too much, just a few. maybe 50 or so, but I need to swing by a friends house and drop some stuff off, that could tke a bit, we go way back and are pretty good friends, he blames me for his automotive addiction.

It IS joined, . From the east, which you will likely be coming, (380 to 80 west) you will come off the interstate on the north side, and will be facing the Comfort Inn. Turn left, and at the bottom of the hill you will turn right in front of the Handimart. Go up the hill, the restaurant is the first part of the building. The entrance you will want if we meet in the lobby will be the SECOND set of doors from the east side of the building. If you carry a cell, I will have mine, 319 325 3475.

I got home a bit later then my uncle would have liked, but no troubles Roger. ^_^

I would say that the meeting went very nice. Lol I have a face to go with you guy's faces. Definately a great time. All the jokes, kidding around, etc. And the truck talk - awesome hehe. Have to get together again, maybe a car show or 4-wheeling, something ya know? Oh...and better food next time. That food was good simply because I hadn't ATE that day. =P The cottage cheese was good, actually...

And..no picking on the young one!
