1960 Bed

Question: My '60 bed is intact without any rust-through, but having been a farm truck it was used for some hauling. The bed sags between the supports from all the hauling - is that something that can be repaired or should I leave it alone?

You better find somebody with some skills and a Pullmax! My bed waves at me all the time. Since I have no idea how to go about having that manufactured at this point, I'm going to opt for the wood bed kit, leaving the four corner sheet metal pieces intact. Wood is Good. Mac's has the kit for an 8' bed too.

Can't say that I had thought about wood. Wasn't wood only in the Stepsides? I'll likely leave it alone for now. The contour isn't a big problem, it will still haul wood and cement blocks from Home Depot!
