Talking How many blocks, heads, and transmissions do you have?

I mean spares, not ones in your trucks.

I did a quick estimate: 5 blocks, 16 heads, 8 transmissions.

You got me beat. All I have taking-up space is a 5.0 motor and AOD tranny, a complete 3.8 Sable motor, and a set of 351 heads for a 302.

Lessee...I gotta think about this one, they're in two different places and I got rid of some a few years back. Ford stuff: a 289 and 2 302 blocks, 2 351C blocks (1 is 4-bolt) 2 or 3 sets of 351C heads, 2 sets of 289 heads, 3 sets of 351W 4V heads, about 5 or 6 transmissions (auto and manual) and a 429 4v intake that's got darn near as much cast iron in it as a 302 block. A complete 2.8 V6, and maybe some other stuff I've forgotten about. Sunbeam stuff: rough estimate, 4 or 5 blocks, 2 or 3 complete engines, maybe 6 heads, 8 or 9 transmissions. Various other stuff: GM turbo 400 trans (don't know how that got in there) alum. trans out of a Triumph or something and God only knows what else...I''m not looking forward to moving! -TD

1 2.3L block
2 2.3L heads in good shape
1 3.0L head cracked

the 2.3L is going to be a practice engine machining peice once I get back to school in the fall, the 3.0L head I just pulled this week and have to figure out where I can get rid of it for scrap.

Not many at the moment. 3 complete 460's and 1 429. A complete 300-6 and a complete 360. All the motors can run if needed. 1 435, 1 (yuk) C6, and 1 205 divorced T-case. I do have a pile of spare parts for the tractors, combines, and swathers though.
