I'd love to go and just buy one, but you know... Then I'd be divorced cause you just can't do that in a marriage. He knows they look good. I think he's just upset with me still that I have the nicer truck. Tee hee
i am working on 28 years with the same woman, when you get there let me know.{grin}
good that you and your hubby talk about things like that, before it is done. if you keep trying, i am sure he will come around to your thinking.{i always do!}
yes lift kits are expensive, and they do not come with everything you need to do the job right no matter what the manufacturer says! time you are through with a 600 dollar lift kit it can cost double that. then there are the wheels and tires, with lift comes the need for larger rubber!
the last truck i lifted ended up costing a little over 3000 bucks before it was thru.
it drove and handeled great at 75/80 m p h, but it wasnt cheap to get it there.
are you sure you need a 4/6 in lift? you will be suprised what a 3 in body lift can do for a truck, and not cost an arm and a leg.
