Has anyone else had this problems with all the DOOR's squeaking and rattling ! I've had the weather stipping around the DOOR's and on the body replaced last year ! this took care of the problem for about 3 or 4 months .. NOW it's back again ! and doing the same thing.. Can anyone shed some light as to if they've experienced this ! and what the fix was... PLEASE...

2002 Ford Excursion Owner - Love the SUV - Cannot stand the squeaks and rattles.

 

I have a '99 x-cab SD. Sometimes, on rough roads the drivers door squeaks. I have to shut it really (really) hard, and that takes care of it. Give it a good slam shut, it might work.

 

i have that same problem with my 02 explorer with my driver side rear door, i have replaced weather stripping two times on the door and on the body once in the past two months. I'm hoping all is well now, but not keeping my hopes up...i will be paying close attention to this thread to see if you get an answer.

 

Try wiping the seals with some silicone. Should help some.
