I have been fighting a rolling idle on my 1999 v-10 for awhile. Ive replaced the mass air, the Iac valve, dsp valve, so on so on. Luther the service mngr and Randy the mech. looked at it twice then tested the egr valve and bingo its fixed. This is after a Ford shop in Norman wouldnt look past my K&N filter. They told me to install all the stock stuff back on the truck then would look at it......So thanks alot Fleming Ford in Oklahoma City. My next Ford truck will come from you guys. 124k miles and strong as ever.

 

What exactly is "rolling idle" ?

 

It sounded like it had a big cam. Like the old days with a 390. But it didnt run as well.....but now its fixed.
