I hear they have them in Australia, and I wondered about a few things:
1) Compression Ratio
2) Price of Corn Oil
3) How to figure relative "OCTANE" of Corn Oil.... (Is "Mazola" better than "Wesson" ?)
4) Can different oils (such as "Peanut Oil) be substituted?
Hmm....
5) If I used "Olive Oil" would my truck put on weight?
Curious topic....

The only none fossil diesel engines I have seen, used and drooled over are exactly the same as the fossil fueld versions, but with different seals and filters. Compression is the same as is output. Rape Seed oil is the favored fuel but any heavy veggie oil will work fine. The exhaust smells rather odd, first time you smell it - imagine a cross between burning grass and deep frier smell....... bonus to us all is that it is non toxic, neither the fuel nor the exhaust will poison you. (still kill you if you drink too much of it, or get locked in a room with the ehaust - it would suffocate you)

I am in the proccess of designing a system for wifes m/benz (my old car) When I get it done I'll let you know if it works or not.
The plan is it will use old fryer grease and require no alterations to the pump or injectors.
