shim the fuel pressure regulator

I have a 2003 ford 7.3L, how do you shim the fuel pressure regulator? Are there any special materials needed? And, where is it located?

You can't shim the FPR on the 1999 and newer trucks. The fuel system is different and it will cause problems if you mess with it.
