Torque specs on flywheel

I am having a heck of a time searching forums, topics within forum and getting correct results.

Can anyone assist and answer a question please.

1968 360 Ranger, Automatic Tranny - Need torq. specs for the bolt on flywheel to crank

Motor's says 75-85 ft/lbs. Actually it says that for almost every truck motor from '66 through '79 except for the 401/477/534

Oh, and the 475 too, which is the same geometry as the 477...
