Question Best performing mud tire

Will you guys give your thoughts on the best thick, deep type mud tire. I know the Bogger is probably hands down the king, but other than that what do ya'all suggest? I have the 35" boggers on my B class rig, and wouldn't trade them for the world. I'm thinking about running my other 4x4 in the street legal class, and want to go with a different tire.
Thanks for the suggestions,
Scott

I would say the next best tire would be a CUT bogger.

Thornbird's I heard are pretty good. No, seriously though if your not going to run Boggers the SSR's was the next best thing in a comparison of 35" mud tires that "4 Wheel and Offroad" did a while back.

If you want to run something other than a bogger, the next best choice is a bias super swamper. Hands down.

I know most of you wouldn't agree but the IROK's pull harder than they look. i have never been stuck b/c my tires have clogged up, just that my 39's are small and my axles dig like a caterpillar!

I have a friend who runs IROK's and he hasn't been overly pleased about them. I asked him to let me run them once and he declined- so I'll never know why he says this, but I trust his word enough not to buy them....

I'm not sure on the size of my friends iroks- but they're definitly bigger than my 35's and probably still bigger than my 38.5's. I'll have to get back to you on that one.

ok kool. the thing ppl don't realize is that the IROK's are built like a bogger with the cupped lugs on the outside but incorporate a middle tread for side stability like that of the tsl! if they had deeper tread I think boggers would have a run for there money! other than tread depth the only other complaint is they are directional but that has yet to be a problem to me! if i ever get my digi-cam back (it broke, lol go figure) i will take a short vid clip of the iroks's getting it in a mud hole here at my house. like i said though, most of the time i get stuck b/c 39's are too small for the holes around here!

The class I want to run in with this particular truck is the street "a" class at my local mud run- this class allows only street legal vehicles with 33" or smaller tires. I already have a "b" class truck(up to 35"), and would prefer to not run this truck there too. I may, however, consider running in "c"(36-39.5) or "d"(40-44) class. If I go c or d class I may give the IROKs a try, despite my buddy's word

For street driving Hawgs seem to hold up and do well in snow and muck.

I had 38" ground hawgs on an old bronco I used to have- I bought it with them and sold it with them... I never really took it hardcore mud running like the stuff I do now. Hmmmm. Guess I shoulda tried them out.
