Hopefully he'll chime in shortly. He's got it running again. Put about 450 miles on it so far.

Well it's all back together again with some new wiseco slugs and total seal gapless rings. I wasn't able to put the cam in that I wanted. I would have had to get more machine work done on the head to fit the cam and I ran out of time on the assembly and install. (had to get it running in 4 days) I've got the boost sitting at a nice 8lbs. and getting about 15 mpg on the highway. So the next plan when I get more time and money will be to throw the cam at it and see how it responds, but for now I will enjoy my reliable 8lbs. and good mileage. here are some pics before the head went on.https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...id=149357&.jpg

Looks good. Are you running an intercooler? Is this cam stock?

Eric, looks good. Glad to see that you've gotten that beast up and running again.

Are you still planning on using the Crane 503905?

I presume that the head work you mention is for dual valve springs.

The pistons look good. what size dish do they have? I presume that you left CR around 8.8:1.

Still using your custom ecu? Any changes to coil or distributor?

Still running 19# injectors or have you moved to something bigger?

Are you controlling fueling and timing with your ecu or seperate controllers?

hey turbo300six, you should check out this site http://www.araoengineering.com/, they make 32 valve heads for small and big block fords, you should see if they can make a 24valve head for your 300. that would throw some incredible numbers at you and still retain your stock bolt ons.

I was looking at your gallery , cool build !! The air box has one outlet then Ford split it into two I was wondering why you didn't just start at the air box rather than making another "y" pipe. It would clean up the appearance if anything. Might help with the air flow. Maybe put a Tornado thing in as well.

hey i just wanted to say im lovin the build that you are doing. I am currently putting a garret T3T4 on my 96 5.0 f150 I got just about all the same things that you have been doing with the injectors and exhaust work but im using a MSD ingition retarder. I didnt read everything so some one may have asked you this but I have been wondering about the vacuum no begin right to run my A/C and brake stuff did you do anything with that or does it all work out
