Well everything was good up till now.. I got 8k miles out the rebuild you see in the above post.. It turns out that 18 lbs. of boost is a little much for hypereutectic pistons. I have two pistons with the identical break you see above... Oh well I have Forged sealed power pistons on order now..Guess you have to pay to play
Since you are only using 3 of the 6 cylinders to spool the turbo, is a second turbo in the future for the remaining 3 to preasurize? THen you would be able to back off the boost and use smaller turbos and the intake charge would stay cooler. Any way you look at it, it is incrediblepower you are getting.

He's using all 6 cylinders. It's hard to see from the picture as it's dark in that area, but the rear 3 cylinders "T" into the pipe underneath the turbo.
He's still waiting on Wiseco to make him some pistons. He ordered them a couple weeks ago. Then he has the awesome task of putting the ngine back together and running it again. He had mentioned that he was going to limit boost to 10 PSI though since 18 obviously was too much.
