Smile Where?

Ok everyone. I think we all agree on Oct 2nd for the meet and greet. Now where do we want to have it? Hard Labor Creek Park or High Falls, which is a little further south, closer to our Southern members? Speak out now or forever hold your piece.
Check out my new vacation web site guys. Be sure to sign the guest book too.

Niceweb site Michelle.
I will be there on the 2nd.wherever it is But I think one in south/or mid Ga.will be good this time.I live in Mid Ga, so it not hard for me to go north or south.High Falls or maybe Lake Blackshire SPs.this time for the people in south Ga,

But I'll bethere no matter where it is.

Fordstock = Hard Labor Creek State Park.
I will not transport chicken/meat the distance to the other place.
If y'all want to have a get together in Macon it should be refered to as something else as Fordstock occurs in Rutledge.
Seeing as how those whom have traveled the farthest for Fordstock enjoyed the accomadations, Fordstock will remain at it's point of birth.

Much Love to All, hope you make it in October.

GrayRanger- Bless you bro. Cooking ain't the issue. I couldn't dare feed folks with meat driven from such a distance. It has been done by people who don't care- I can't do that....

GrayRanger- With as much as we Love you, no, I won't cook or eat meat of questionable origin. The Chapter Leader is offering meat I won't cook. I halt for your safety!!
But we still love you!!!!!!!

Well, it looks like I'm going to be moving to Hiawassee/Young Harris/Hayes, NC area soon, so either way I'm going to have a hell of a drive. I agree with Old87, FORDSTOCK! should stay around Rutledge area in Hard Labor Creek. FORDSTOCK!, I believe, should stay as an annual event and if everybody is still in favor of a fall gathering having it as another event name. Something along the lines of FORD-TOBER FEST.

That's just my opinion, but, then again, opinions are like *********s... everybody's got one.

October 2nd is fine and so is Hard Labor, but we really should have a get together down towards High Falls sometime so our South Gawga folks won't feel abused hehe. If Old87 don't won't to cook mystery meat (don't blame him) we could always just do dog's and burgers, beans and stuff. Anyway wherever I'll be there.

I just did the mapquest thingy……..High Falls is 41 miles from Hard Labor Creek. So, it really doesn’t matter to us. Both are nice state parks. I would agree that the Annual event “Fordstock” should be held at Hard Labor Creek S/P.

Now that i have a new toothbrush, and tee shirt, where ever we go will be delightful (just remember metal flipper thingy)

OK Chapter leader - make a decision We can live with the decision

Either way it goes I'll have a decent little drive to get there. So I'll leave it up to everybody else. Where ever it's at I'll be there... Y'EA C'MON!!

by the way, georgiaredneck, if it comes down to it, you can come down here to the house the day before, and crash here, so you dont have to do it all at once, but i will leave that to you
