I am having a lot of problems with the intercooler pipe seperating from the Turbo. This seems to be happening because of the mismatch of the turbo to the intercooler on the steering wheel side of the engine. It has seperated 5 times in just 2,000 miles (Brand new 2000 F-450) and the dealer has worked on it three time to no avail. It always happens under high boost preasure situations such as climbing a grade and the Turbo essentually shuts down when the seperation occurs. Has anyone else had a problem with this occurring? I've only had the truck for 43 days. This also happened once in my 99 F-350 which had 43,000 miles when I traded for this new truck. - Dave
