central ohio - engine balancing

Hey to all you fellow Ford Ohioans... Just joined the chapter and have a question for anyone in the Columbus area... I have a 1980 F-350 with a 400 motor that I am rebuilding... I am looking for someone who does rotating assembly balancing for a decent fee... I live in London and my NAPA shop mentioned someone in Groveport, who I haven't been able to get a hold of thus far... I am really debating the value of the balance with this motor and am looking to get some potential costs to get this work done....

Any help is greatly appreciated...

A couple places you may want to check with is Columbus Col-Weld corp 272-1525

VIBRATION ANALYSIS LIMITED: 476-0740

just about any automotive machine shop should be able to do it for ya.

I was looking over your prospect meeting times for the first meeting... I would really like to show up and meet some of the OC folks... I have 2 kids in baseball with activities galore on the weekend, but again depending on the final date and time would like to attend.... Although, my truck is down at the moment, maybe I'll drive over the '54 Ford NAA tractor... staying off the freeway, of course...

Thanks for the replies and greeting...........
