No idea how to resize pics

No idea how to resize pics

OK, I ahve a pic to put in my gallery, I have turned it into a JPeg....but I have no idea on how to resize it...

If it is any help, the only photo type programs I have are

Paint
Windows Fax and printer Viewer
Internet Explorer

Please help.
If I need to email it to someone I will...but I have no idea how to do that either!

Just shoot me a email or post here please. TY

You mean when view it on your computer,PAINT opens it ?

Yup and it IS a JPeg....I have checked it a few times I changed it from a bitmap to a JPeg but yes paint will open it, both hte bitmap and the JPeg, as will the fax viewer thingy and IE

So when the pic comes up > click properties and see how large or vivid the pic is.

Kb = size

PX x PX = 600x 450

I ahve it is is WAY bigger than will fit like 194 KB 1ksomthing by like 800 px

Hm umm haha ok I will see if I cant figure out how to attatch a pic to an email......yes true I dont know anyhting.
