Body Mount Torque Specs

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for body mounts?

Front grill support bracket, they can be tightened to, well it say's the nut is 35 to 50 FTLBS and the bolt that goes to the nut is 45 to 75 FTLBS???? All the rest are 5o to 70 FTLBS.
