Dash kit update.

OK, many in here want a good alternative to the wood dash in the Lariats. I think I found an answer. Veenerz paste overs don't fit exact match (and that's what THEY say). Thus this site might be the answer: dashkitstore.com They have what's called "molded" dash kits for the Lariats. It's molded fits over the current dash so you don't have to pull out the part. Also it's better than the flat kits which need to be heated and perfectly placed over the sections. If anyone has tried molded kits before, please let us know how they turned out.

Whoops. Looks like my ignorance has reared it's ugly head again. Apparently these molded kits are pretty common and many places have the same Lariat (or other F150) kits available. At http://www.motorhaven.com/products/p...olded_dash_kit they only cost $239 where the first place I listed they are $288 a set. At Stylingconcepts the same kit is $279. Sorry!!!
