Slow response from O2 sensor ???

Getting this code, what the heck does it mean ?? Also getting misfire for cylinder 1. Any help guys ??

The O2 sensor is on its way out. I have a 2001 with only 25k on it and I've had a bad O2 sensor. Good thing Ford is pretty quick with their work i was only out of my truck for a few hours.
