I'm thrilled to announce that a very good friend of mine from "down under" (Australia in case you didn't know - land of the 'roos! LOL!) is visitng Buffalo this week with his wife!
I had the great honor of meeting them 2 years ago when they visited & Don & Bev are great!
I'm not sure how long they will be here but if they're in town on Fri I'm going to invite them to the meeting. I hope they will be able to come along & meet the NY members! Let's show them a great time so they will go home & remember our NY hospitality!

Well, that clinches it- I'll definitely be there Friday night in Buffalo! Do they own a 150 in Australia? I planned on bringing the '04 F-150 for anyone that hasn't had a chance to drive one. See ya Friday, and I'll bring the Vega-Mite!

Awesome 1956! You don't mind if I call you 1956 for short do ya? LOL! I sure hope they will still be here for Fri. Yes - he owns SEVERAL F150's! He purchased them in Canada, had them shipped & converted to right hand drive. In fact, we met when he showed up in another F150 chat asking for help. There was a sporadic electrical problem & the Aussie techs didn't have the manuals for the N American F150's! Turns out when they drilled thru the firewall to relocate the steering wheel shaft they knicked the harnass! They got it fixed eventually.
Youre coming in a 2004? AWESOME! I would love to see 1 up close - couldn't get near it at the car show! Can't wait to see it! And of course - you! LOL!

Bad news guys - they are only here for 1 nite. They lost so much time due to the rain they have to leave tomorrow to be back in NYC for Sat AM - they're flying to Vegas from there. I'm going to dinner with them now so I'll fill them in on the site & tell him how to join us here.
Whatever truck you bring will be a treat 1956MarkII! I just want to see 1 up close & not from behind a mob of people. Then again, that may happen anyway! LOL!
